10 pieces
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 280 g fresh strawberries
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 200 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5%)
- 150 ml table vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla or vanillin sugar
- teaspoon of baking powder
- salt
- fat (butter, Hera) and coarse flour for greasing and dusting the molds
Grease the baking molds with fat and dust with coarse flour (not applicable for paper cups).
Mix the flour with sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar. Add milk, eggs, and oil. Mix, but do not whisk. Clean the strawberries, cut larger pieces into quarters.
Pour the mixture into the molds (fill the batter only about ¾ of the mold), sprinkle strawberries into them, and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
TIP: If you dust the strawberries with a little plain flour, they won’t sink to the bottom of the mold.
