Ingredients
- 250 g pizza dough
- 100 g crushed tomatoes
- 100 g quality mozzarella
- 4 sprigs fresh basil
- 100 g Parma ham
- handful of arugula
Procedure
Stretch or roll out the dough into a circular shape. Spread the tomatoes, chopped half of the basil, and layer with mozzarella sliced into pieces on the dough. Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250 °C. Garnish the finished pizza with thinly sliced Parma ham, fresh arugula, and the remaining basil leaves.
