- 250 g pizza dough
- 50 g Parmesan
- 50 g mozzarella
- 80 g fresh cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 g Mortadella salami
- 10 g chopped pistachios
- a handful of fresh spinach
- half a red onion
1) Sauté the cauliflower florets in butter until golden, ensuring they remain crunchy inside.
2) Stretch or roll out the dough into a circular shape.
3) Place Parmesan, mozzarella, and cauliflower florets on the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 300 °C for about ten minutes.
4) Garnish the baked pizza with Mortadella, chopped pistachios, red onion rings, and spinach leaves.
