Our suppliers

Where do our local seasonal ingredients, which we serve on your plate, come from? We visit our suppliers to find out what their daily work entails.

🍎 Apples from Dolany

Near Česká Skalice, over half a million apple trees grow. Their fruits go straight to Aramark restaurants across the Czech Republic after being picked.

Plums from Chrást

The plums in Journey to the Plate come from Mr. Tindl’s orchard. We went there to see and find out for you what makes them different from others.

🐮 Farm in Rosička

Do you know where cows are the happiest? Well, at Mr. Jaroš’s place in the village of Rosička in Vysočina. We went there to take a look.

🫐 Blueberries from Břeclavsko

Welcome to the more than eight-hectare blueberry kingdom! It is here that the most delicious blueberries grow, which then make their way to our restaurants.

🍓 Strawberries from Piletice

The strawberry season is starting. We went to the farm in Piletice near Hradec Králové, where they grow some of the sweetest and best strawberries far and wide.

🦌 Šumava Game Meat

In Petrovice near Sušice, the family business of Mr. Josef Kopačka is located. It supplies the market with the highest quality game meat, which you can also taste in Journey to the Plate.

🥬 Božice Farm

In the most fertile region of the Czech Republic, farmers grow various types of delicious vegetables. These are then sent fresh straight to Aramark restaurants, where we prepare dishes from them.

🥩 Váhala Meats

The family business Váhala produces top-quality sausages, frankfurters, and other meat products. Mr. Ladislav Denk guided us through the production facility in Hustopeče nad Bečvou.

🥔 Beskyd Fryčovice

No kitchen can do without potatoes. Aramark exclusively buys Czech potatoes, which are grown in the Beskydy and Vysočina regions.
