Instructions
First, sauté the finely chopped onion and diced potatoes, carrots, and beets in oil. After ten minutes, add the broth or water and let it simmer gently on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then blend everything with a hand blender, season with salt, pepper, and wine vinegar. And we can serve!
