- 700 g cauliflower
- 300 g whipping cream (33%)
- 250 g potatoes
- 100 g plain flour
- 50 g butter
- 0.5 l water
- 2 medium-sized yellow onions
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- pepper and salt to taste
- chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
Clean the cauliflower and break it into smaller florets. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Peel the onion, chop it finely, and sauté in a pot with butter. Then sprinkle with flour, add the potatoes and cauliflower, and pour in water to cover the vegetables. Cook until soft, then blend, smooth with cream, add nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped chives.
