- 4 pieces of Camembert cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 piece of chili
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Strawberry-mango salsa
- 1 mango
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 200 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 handful of flat parsley
- salt and pepper
Spread all the ingredients on the Camembert and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
Strawberry-mango salsa
Cut everything into equal cubes. Add chopped parsley, drizzle with olive oil and wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and mix lightly. Serve with the baked cheese.
