4–5 servings
- 500 g semi-skimmed soft curd cheese
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 25 ml cooking cream (16%), as needed
- 1 vanilla or vanillin sugar
- fresh mint for garnish
- zest of half a lemon
Whip the curd cheese with vanilla sugar and lemon zest and place it in a piping bag with a decorative tip. Add cream if needed (depending on the consistency of the curd cheese – it should not be runny). Mash the strawberries with sugar. Divide half of the curd cheese at the bottom of the glasses, place a layer of mashed strawberries on top, and garnish with the remaining curd cheese and a sprig of fresh mint.
